Book anappointment

See me at Beaumaris Medical Clinic. New patients are welcome, and you don’t need a referral.

When you book, ask for me, Dr Noah Losa, and a long appointment for your first visit.

Before you come

  1. 1

    Your name, your pronouns

Let reception know the name and pronouns you’d like us to use when you book, or just tell me when we meet. I’ll use them every time, and we’ll note them on your file so everyone at the clinic gets it right. If they change later, let us know. There’s nothing you need to explain.

  2. 2

    Book a longer first visit

A long appointment gives you time to talk to me without feeling rushed, especially for gender-affirming or sexual health care.

  3. 3

    What to bring

Your Medicare card if you have one, a list of medications, and any recent results or letters. A list of questions helps too.

  4. 4

    Bring a support person

You’re welcome to bring a friend, partner or family member into the appointment.

  5. 5

    Privacy

What you share stays confidential. Only what’s needed for your care goes in your notes.

Not for emergencies

If you need urgent help, call 000 or go to your nearest emergency department. For PEP after a possible HIV exposure, don’t wait for an appointment: call the PEP hotline on 1800 889 887.
